For Tempering

Step 1 Wash and peel the tapioca

To make this easy recipe, wash and peel the tapiocas. Next, cut the tapiocas in small cubes. Take a pan and boil the tapiocas with some water and salt, till it cooks properly. Drain the water and keep aside.

Step 2 Make a coconut paste

Next, in a blender make a smooth paste of 2 cup coconut flesh, garlic cloves, turmeric powder, green chilies, red chilies and cumin seeds along with some salt. Blend it well and keep aside.

Step 3 Cook the curry

Then take a pan and add some ghee, then add in the coconut paste along with the boiled tapiocas. Using a masher mash the tapiocas to make it a thick curry and add some red chili powder. Then cook the gravy by adding a little water and let it simmer.
